User panel tickets

For account access, subscription status, connection issues, order checks, and refund requests. Sign in to the user panel, open the ticket center, and submit your issue under the relevant topic.

After submitting, check for replies in the original ticket. Response times depend on the complexity of the issue and the progress of any checks; no fixed response time is guaranteed.

Before you submit

Account and subscription

Describe where the issue occurred, what you did, and the subscription or order status shown on the page. For payment checks, include the relevant order details. Redact any unrelated personal information from screenshots.

Connection and routes

Include your platform, client, route label, when the issue occurred, and the exact error message. Say what happened after switching routes or changing your local network to help identify whether the cause is the client settings or network environment.

Billing and refunds

VPNSR offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, include the relevant order details and your request in a ticket so the team can review it. See the full policy in the Terms of Service.

Do not send passwords, full subscription links, or access tokens in a ticket. If you need to share a configuration, redact credentials first; leave the error text and setting names visible.

Following up on a ticket

Add any new details to the original ticket, such as changes to the error, affected route labels, or settings you have tried. Keeping updates about the same issue in one thread makes it easier to investigate than opening multiple tickets.

While waiting for a reply, check the Getting Started Guide for client import and connection steps, or visit the Help Center for account, connection, route, and billing information. For account status and order questions, follow the response in your ticket.
