Monthly plans: data managed by activation date

For regular use of international routes. Data resets monthly on your activation date, not at the start of each calendar month. For mid-cycle upgrades, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Before proceeding, check the validity period and order details shown in the panel.

This page lists monthly plans only; prices for other billing terms are not calculated here. Compare plans based on whether the monthly data allowance suits your needs. A higher tier does not guarantee access to platforms or faster connections.

Payment methods and order checks

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT

Payment methods include Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Choose the method you're familiar with and follow the checkout page's order details and instructions. For USDT, carefully verify the transfer details shown on the page; don't rely on information from previous orders.

Create an account with a username and password—no email address required. After setting up your account, choose a plan, pay, and access your subscription and client downloads in the user panel. This page lists public prices and does not collect payment details.

From plan selection to confirmation

  1. Check the plan. Open the user panel and confirm the plan name, data allowance, and billing method. For monthly plans, check the monthly allowance; for data packs, check the total data and that the pack never expires.
  2. Check the order. Confirm the amount matches your selected plan, then follow the on-screen instructions to pay. For an upgrade, also check the prorated remaining days.
  3. Check the status. After paying, return to the panel and review your order and account overview. Confirm the plan is active, then get your subscription and connect using a client.
  4. Need help? If the payment result doesn't match the status in the panel, keep your order details and explain the issue in a support ticket. Avoid repeating the payment until the status is confirmed.

Whether the connection works for you depends on your local network and typical tasks. After activation, test routes, clients, and destination services in your own setup. To request a refund, submit an application through the user panel within the stated period. See the Terms of Service for full eligibility details.

Include the relevant order and a clear refund request. Keep connection troubleshooting separate from the refund request. If you'd like help diagnosing a connection issue first, describe your operating system, route, and error message. If you want a refund, state that directly.

How to apply and check progress

Sign in to the panel, open a support ticket, and include your order details. Check replies in the ticket. If you have questions about payment, account ownership, or order status, add the details to the existing ticket to keep the conversation in one place.

How much do the plans cost? What is the lowest monthly price?

From ¥9.9/month for 60GB; ¥18/month for 250GB; ¥28/month for 500GB. Lifetime data packs: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Use the data until it runs out; it never expires.

How many devices can I use at the same time?

Unlimited devices. Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Data usage across devices follows the selected plan and does not increase when you add devices.

How many days do I have to request a refund, and how do I apply?

30-day refund policy. Sign in to the user panel and submit a refund request via a support ticket, including the relevant order and your request. Track progress in the ticket. See the Terms of Service for full eligibility details.

Which payment methods are supported?

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Choose a plan in the user panel and check your order, then follow the checkout instructions to pay. When finished, return to your order and account overview to confirm the result.

When does monthly data reset, and how are plan upgrades calculated?

Data resets monthly on your activation date. For mid-cycle upgrades, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Before upgrading, check the order and validity period shown in the panel; an upgrade does not start a new full term.

Can a data pack expire if I don't use it for a long time?

Data packs never expire; use the data until it runs out. They do not reset monthly, and used data is not restored when a new month begins. Choose a pack based on how often you connect and how much data you need—not as an unlimited-data plan.
