Privacy Policy

This policy explains how VPNSR handles data across its marketing website, user panel, and subscription services. Data processing is limited to what is needed to provide accounts, handle billing, maintain security, and respond to requests. Account and transaction data are distinct from network activity logs and are handled under the separate rules below.

Account and Order Data

No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. The signup process does not ask for an email address. Data needed to identify your account and verify your password is used for identity checks, session management, and service delivery. Keep your login credentials secure, and do not submit passwords or complete subscription links in support tickets.

Order records include the selected plan, payment amount, order status, payment result, and refund details. They are used to verify entitlements, resolve payment issues, and meet transaction obligations. Problem descriptions, diagnostic materials, and replies that you submit in a support ticket are used only to investigate the issue and follow up on your request. Remove unrelated personal information before submitting.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Data

VPNSR does not record which websites users visit or retain browsing history, destination URLs, DNS query history, or communications content. It does not create activity logs linking accounts to destinations visited.

Service connection logs are not retained persistently. Temporary session states needed to maintain a connection are released when the session ends and are not turned into records of user activity. Traffic usage for plan metering and subscription status may be retained, but does not include destinations or content. If client error details are needed for troubleshooting, they should be limited to what is relevant to the issue; browsing history is not requested.

Website Analytics and Local Storage

Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources, and entry-point clicks, improve content, and diagnose website issues. These statistics relate to website usage and are not used to track third-party websites accessed through the subscription service. Do not include login credentials in page query parameters or support ticket attachments.

Cookies and local storage support essential sessions and save language preferences and login status. The user panel stores a login token locally to verify your identity for subsequent requests. Clearing site storage may sign you out and reset your preferences. After signing out on a shared device, clearing VPNSR site data is still recommended. Restricting cookies may affect some session features.

Third-Party Payments and Data Disclosure

Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party provider, which is responsible for its own pages and data handling rules. VPNSR receives transaction identifiers, payment status, and other information needed to verify orders. Users are not asked to provide payment account passwords in support tickets.

Account information is not sold or rented. When a service provider needs information to help deliver services, verify a transaction, or maintain systems, only information necessary for that task is shared. Where disclosure is legally required, requests are checked against applicable requirements and disclosure is limited accordingly.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account information is retained while the account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service. Order, refund, and dispute records are kept until transaction reconciliation, dispute handling, and applicable legal retention obligations are complete. Support ticket materials are cleared once an issue is resolved and no further follow-up is needed. Website analytics are retained only as long as needed for analysis, then deleted or aggregated; no unsupported fixed retention period is imposed.

To access, correct, or delete account information, sign in to the user panel and submit a support ticket describing the scope of your request. Account ownership must be verified before processing. Deletion may affect login, subscriptions, and access to historical orders. Information that must be retained by law or is needed for an unresolved dispute will be restricted to those purposes and handled once the reason for retention ends. Clearing browser storage does not delete your server-side account.

Policy Updates and Requests

Updates to this policy will be published on this page, along with a revised date at the top. Significant changes to processing purposes, data scope, or user rights will be announced through the website or user panel. Any new processing purpose will be explained separately; changing the wording of this policy does not replace any required notice or consent.

Send privacy questions and data requests through a support ticket in the user panel. For service use and transaction rules, also see the Terms of Service. This policy covers data handling and does not replace plan details or transaction terms.
